Members Opening Hours
6am-11pm, 365 days a year!
£29.95 per month with a 12-month contract
No on/off peak
Includes 30-45 minute induction
Payment Terms: 12 monthly installments via standing order or payment in full

6 Week Training Plans
Ask us for a 6 week training plan to meet your individual goals and tailored to your training time and needs. FREE for the first 6 weeks including 1-1 support to learn the exercises and £25 per 6 week plan thereafter. Includes body composition monitoring.
Member Personal Training Packages
We offer personalised one-to-one training sessions with our trainer, offering expert guidance and support at competitive prices. These packages are specifically designed to develop permanent, positive changes to your health, your level of physical fitness and your overall well-being.
Prior to commencing a training package it is compulsory to attend an initial consultation. This includes an in depth discussion to determine your goals, health, exercise needs, preferences and history; a body composition analysis and a functional assessment.
Benchmarking and Tracking
Following your initial consultation and body composition reports and analysis, your progress is carefully tracked over the course of your training program with periodic re-evaluations to ensure that you are progressing at an appropriate pace toward meeting your ultimate fitness goals.
30 or 60 Minute Personal Training Sessions
We offer both 30 and 60 minute sessions.
30 minute sessions are designed for people who may be new to exercise or who would prefer a shorter workout.
60 minute sessions are our most popular option and include exercises tailored to the individual's personal progression, allowing you to get the most from your programme.
